Mat Pilates Level 1

In our Mat Pilates Level 1 class, you will be able to stretch and strengthen your body, primarily the muscles of the core. Borrowing from disciplines such as dance, yoga, and classic calisthenics, the Mat Pilates Level 1 exercises are performed on a floor mat. This Level 1 class includes various exercises geared towards increasing your core strength, spinal mobility, pelvic control, and breathing. Level 1 is perfect for beginners.

Mat Pilates Level 2

Mat Level 2 is for students with an advanced Pilates practice. It incorporates more complex exercises involving the entire body and increased intensity. You’ll work through a range of various movements that are designed to push your body to its limits and test your strength and endurance.
