TRX Circuit Level 1

Start easy with the TRX Level 1 classes and build your flexibility, strength, core stability and balance. We’ll set you up with the TRX suspension system and get you pulling your weight with customized exercises. As you move forward in this class, we’ll take you through circuits that help improve your conditioning and increase your metabolic rate. Wear your sneakers and bring a hand towel and a water bottle.


TRX Circuit Level 2

TRX Circuit Level 2 is a heart-pumping functional interval training class. The class has the perfect blend of high-intensity calorie-blasting cardio work, and lower-intensity Pilates-based strength training. Enjoy longer, maximized results with interval training and a combination of traditional fitness methods with contemporary Pilates. This fast-paced, boot camp style class is dynamic and fun, and focuses on aerobic ability, helping you burn more calories in less time. Wear your sneakers and bring a hand towel and a water bottle
